Sean from travel house has been helping me look for a flight to omaha in september which was proving to be difficult due to all the prices sky rocketing all of a sudden so i had to act fast and book half of my flight.... he still helped me secure connecting flights within america..... i was reading reviews that were bad but honestly i havent experienced anything that those people said i paid for my flight and not even 30 mins later im viewing the tickets on deltas website...... this company is professional and efficient in what they are doing..... the only thing i can suggest is making your email templates a little nicer so that new customers arent paranoid about your company being a scam when its obviously not thank you very much sean and travelhouse uk ~ Danny J

I started using Travelhouse since 2016 .The booking system is very straight forward. I have dealt with Ian who is very helpful. They get the bookings straightaway if its emergency especially these days of covid.Ian went on to remind me to check the requirements before l travel as we at times just get fed up abt this covid and we ignore small things.lan has rang me several times to update about the travel changes. What I like most about this Travel agency, is their flexible payment plans which I find it very helpful for someone on tight budget. Harris-travel consultant- what can I say about him if I was to score Harris it would be 100/100, A gem and asset to travel house (don’t loose him) well spoken well mannered very professional, very attentive, very flexible, I had my tickets changed 3 times by Harris and not once did he shy away from helping he went out his way to make sure I got what I wanted, if it wasn’t for Harris I wouldn’t have done my tickets through travel house because of a racist personal I dealt with (harry) prior to speaking with Harris. SAMIR was brilliant. I was really skeptical about booking through someone i just googled but i cannot fault the service i received. I initially booked for 5 people and then went upto 9. My family wanted to stick to the local agent but i took it upon myself and i was not dissapointed. Harris at Travel House UK has been an absolute legend during very stressful time with Southern Africa being put on the UK's Redlist at very very short notice - managing to sort out an alternative flight (after Virgin cancelled her scheduled flight) very quickly, showing great patience, understanding and flexibility to our needs and always providing speedy and professional responses as thing changed during this very dynamic and challenging time. 11 out of 10 for this guy.
