Customer's reviews
I book with an agent called Max,
I just wanted to say a truly heartfelt thank you for making this trip such a wonderful success. All I had to do was give you my dates and location, and you took care of absolutely everything with such professionalism, experience, and understanding. I had nothing to worry about—not even the hotel transfers, which were perfectly arranged. Emails with vouchers, reminders, and every detail I needed were sent right on time. It was genuinely a service worth paying for.
You found me the perfect holiday destination, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This whole experience meant so much to me, and I’m already excited to book with you again next year. I’ve been recommending you to my family and friends because you made the entire process so easy, smooth, and truly special.
Thank you again for everything, Max.

Greatest travel specialist in London, with a real physical office and not a P O BOX address like most travel companies, great agents, great managers, proper telephone ☎️ lines including mobile numbers and WhatsApp.
These guys are very respectful of their customers and go beyond the call of duty and their salaries to make sure customers get fantastic service.
When issues arise occasionally, they don't go radio silent like other travel companies, they pull out all the stops to sort out the issues and i am talking from personal experience.
I want to specially mention Addy Mcguire who has been dealing with me for a while and just sorted another Bangkok flight for me yesterday, he is an asset to Travelhouse UK 🇬🇧
I have been using Travelhouse UK 🇬🇧 for a few years and will continue to use their services for years to come 👍🏽

Sean from travel house has been helping me look for a flight to omaha in september which was proving to be difficult due to all the prices sky rocketing all of a sudden so i had to act fast and book half of my flight.... he still helped me secure connecting flights within america..... i was reading reviews that were bad but honestly i havent experienced anything that those people said i paid for my flight and not even 30 mins later im viewing the tickets on deltas website...... this company is professional and efficient in what they are doing..... the only thing i can suggest is making your email templates a little nicer so that new customers arent paranoid about your company being a scam when its obviously not thank you very much sean and travelhouse uk
